Better Work Vietnam says that it has launched a new smartphone app in the country aimed at helping to grow awareness of the country’s labor laws. Vietnam’s Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank says it has introduced a new program in which it will offer garment producers loans of up to 100% of their input values or wage payments.
