The European Commission has announced a new round of restrictions on carcinogenic, mutagenic, and toxic to reproduction substances (CMRs). The commission said the move was in response to comments it received from the public as well as input from scientific experts. The new restrictions will be implemented in two phases. (Fibre2Fashion)
