Garment exports from Vietnam in January and February posted a gain of 18% year-on-year to reach US$3.4 billion, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The news has renewed confidence in industry leaders that the country could achieve its export goal of US$28 billion this year. The United States remains the largest buyer of Vietnamese garments, followed by Japan and South Korea.(Vietnam News)
